Studio Location and Parking

Our studio is located in Puchong Jaya, with free parking available for all clients.

We are based locally but are available to travel for shoots depending on location and project scope. Travel fees may apply.

  1. Appointments are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  2. Prices and packages are subject to change without prior notice. Book early to lock in current rates.
  3. The remaining balance must be paid via online bank transfer after the photoshoot and before photo delivery.
  4. All prices are non-negotiable. Purchases are non-refundable but may be exchanged for another package.
  5. Deposits and bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  6. Packages cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Before Your Photoshoot
  1. Walk-ins are not accepted. All bookings must be made via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
  2. Please select and confirm your theme at least 2–3 days before your session.
  3. One theme includes one costume. Please ensure your selection matches your purchased package. Additional costumes within the same theme will incur extra charges.
  4. Rescheduling is not allowed last minute. Kindly notify us at least 2–3 days in advance. For emergencies, please inform us at least 12 hours before your session.
  1. Props and outfits are subject to availability. Minor styling adjustments may be made, but we will ensure the selected theme is delivered as promised.
  2. Baby expressions and cooperation cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding if smiles or certain expressions are not captured.
  3. Session duration depends on the package booked. If additional time is required due to a fussy baby, extension is available at an hourly rate.
  4. We reserve the right to adjust the package during the session if the baby is unable to cooperate.

  2. All high-resolution soft copies will be delivered via Google Drive.
  3. Non-edited photos are available 5–7 working days after the session once payment is received.
  4. Soft copies are kept for 1 month; requests after this will incur a RM 100 surcharge.
  5. Edited photos are delivered 1 week after you select your favorites for editing.
  6. Edited photos are kept for 2 weeks; requests after this will incur a RM 100 surcharge.
